Three short parts. We do them together on our call. No coding.
Prepared for Jacine · Roccoco Botanicals
We do this together. On our call I share my screen and walk you
through every step on your Mac. This page is just so you have it in writing.
Part 1
Install the toolkit
This sets up the behind-the-scenes tools your Command Center uses to read and
transcribe your WhatsApp and Telegram voice notes — all on your own Mac, nothing uploaded.
You do this once.
command-center-install-everything.zip · small download
Unzip it (Desktop is fine).
Double-click Install Everything.command. If macOS blocks it the first time, right-click it → Open → Open.
Let it run. About 10 minutes, mostly a one-time download. It tells you when it's done.
Part 2
Install the plugin
This is the Command Center itself. I'll send you the plugin file directly
(command-center-Jacine.zip) — it's licensed to you, so it doesn't live on this page.
Your license key
I'll send this to you privately
Your key is unique to you, so I send it directly rather than posting it here. You'll paste it once when the app asks.
Open the Claude Code desktop app → Settings → Plugins.
Click Add → Upload plugin, and choose command-center-Jacine.zip (leave it zipped).
Enable it, then open a fresh chat.
Type /cc-update and paste your key. That saves it and confirms you're on the latest version.
Part 3
Load your brain
This is the profile we built in your interview — your story, method, proof, and voice.
One command loads all of it.
Type /import 14-07-2026-roccoco-command-center-brain.json
It loads your brain and confirms what came in. Then delete that JSON file — it holds private numbers, so it shouldn't sit around.
Type /command-center. This builds your setup from the real brain, and this is where you name your Chief of Staff — the assistant who runs your day.
We finish together with /connect (Shopify, email, payments), /setup-schedules (your morning brief), and /import-whatsapp or /import-telegram if you want your chats folded in.
Nothing goes out without you. Your team drafts; you approve.
Everything — your brain, memory, dashboards — lives in your own folder on your Mac. You own all of it.
Future updates
Whenever there's a new version, just type /cc-update. It checks your
key, pulls the latest safely, and asks before installing. No re-uploading by hand.
